Payment Terms
Net thirty (30) days.
All payments shall be made in U.S. dollars.
Money wires are subject to a $15.00 bank charge and should be added your payment. All checks returned for insufficient funds are subject to an extra $25.00 charge.
Shipping
SETA BioMedicals will ship by default with Federal Express unless a customer specifically indicates a different carrier. Shipping will be pre-paid and added on with handling charges to the invoice as separate items.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us. Any returns need to be accompanied with a return materials authorization (RMA). All returns are subjected to a 20% restocking charge unless the product did not perform according to specifications.
