SeTau-665-NHS is an amine-reactive NIR fluorescent dye with absorption and emission at 665/708 nm. It is efficiently excited at 680 nm and its large Stokes shift allows to utilize broader emission filters and to increase the sensitivity of your measurements. Its reactive dye content is optimized to be at least >75%. It is twice a bright as conventional fluorescent dyes in this wavelength range (Q.Y. ~ 60%). Seta 665 NHS and our other near IR dyes are ideal for in vivo imaging.
Seta 680 NHS ester is an amine-reactive NIR fluorescent dye with absorption and emission at 680 and 700 nm. The dye is fully compatible with the IVIS (Caliper) or Odyssey Imaging system (Li-Cor). Its reactive dye content is optimized to be at lest 75%. Seta 680 NHS and our other near IR dyes are ideal for in vivo imaging due to increased penetration of tissue in this long wavelength range.
Seta-750-mono-NHS is an amine-reactive NIR fluorescent dye with absorption and emission at 650 and 780 nm. It is extremely bright and photostable. Its minimum reactive dye content is optimized to be at least 75%. Seta-750-mono-NHS and our other near IR dyes are ideal for in vivo imaging due to increased penetration of excitation light through tissue in this long wavelength range. The dye is fully compatible with the IVIS (Caliper) or Odyssey Imaging system (Li-Cor).
Seta 780 NHS ester is an amine-reactive, NIR fluorescent dye with absorption and emission at 680 and 800 nm. Its reactive dye content is optimized to be at least 75%. Seta 780 NHS and our other near IR dyes are ideal for in vivo imaging due to increased penetration of excitation light through tissue in this long wavelength range. The dye is fully compatible with the IVIS (Caliper) or Odyssey Imaging system (Li-Cor).
