Single-molecule tracking reveals modulation of CD147 receptor mobility upon interaction

Using SeTau-647 (K9-4149) labeled MEM-6/1 antibodies, the authors followed CD147 on the basal plasma membrane of human brain microvascular endothelial cells (HBMEC) for a duration of 100 s with a time resolution of 20 ms using total internal reflection fluorescence (TIRF) microscopy.
