SQ Dyes
SQ Dyes are non-fluorescent quenchers for labeling of proteins, peptides and amino-modified oligonucleotids. These reactive quenchers are suitable as non-fluorescent acceptors in combination with a wide range of fluorescent donors in FRET based applications. Specific donor-acceptor pairs with these acceptors are listed under FRET applications. SQ 565, SQ 740 and SQ 780 are also are available as maleimides.
