SETA BioMedicals offers probes for various types of applications:

Some of these specific probes are targeted to measure changes in lipid bilayer hydration of cells, cholesterol in biological fluids and live/nectrotic cell populations. We also offer probes for protein analysis. With quantum yields of 80% and extination cefficients in the order of 180 - 200,000 [M^-1. cm^-1] square probes are on of the most sensitive dyes for the quantitative analysis of proteins.

We also offer a new type of extremely photstable and bright probes for cellular imaging which are based on Squaraine-rotaxanes. Our pH-sensitive probes Square-650-pH is the only probe of its kind which shows lifetime sensitive responses in the physiological pH range. It is well suited for measurements of internal conversion and endocytic events.
