Seta Dye Post-Labeling Reagents

  • Reactive Seta dyes optimized for nucleic acid microarray labeling. High reactive dye content: 40 nmol reactive dye (51 ug Seta-650-mono-NHS or 39 ug Seta-555-mono-NHS) per vial, at > 80% reactive dye content.
  • Considerably higher photostability as compared to Alexa or Cy dyes.
  • Ready to use and individually packed in foil packs for protective storage.


Seta Dye Post-Labeling Reactive Dye Packs provide highly reactive Seta-555-mono-NHS and Seta-650-mono-NHS to label amine-modified nucleic acids. These reactive dyes are optimized for use in nucleic acid microarray labeling. Each vial is sufficient for one labeling reaction of up to 1 µg of cDNA.

 
  • Each Seta Dye Post-Labeling Reactive Dye Pack includes 12 vials Seta 555 NHS ester and 12 vials Seta 650 NHS ester.
